Bloomington Developmental Learning Center is looking to expand our support staff team. As a support staff at BDLC, you would work alongside our full-time teachers in infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms.   • Able to assist and care for up to 8 infants/one year old’s with the lead teacher
  • Completing daily cleaning of classroom throughout the school day
  • Enforcing positive discipline and redirection techniques with children
  • Singing, reading to, and comforting children
  • Lifting, carrying children up to 50lbs
  • Assisting with nap time, helping children fall asleep
  • Actively supervising children’s outdoor and risky play
  • Assisting with morning and afternoon snack
  • Assisting with diapering/toileting
  • Maintaining positive parent communication
  • Following enhanced hygiene and safety protocols in response to COVID-19
  • Participating in/Completing on-line and in-person trainings in current research and practices for Early Childhood Education

Pay: $12-$13 per hour
